"Downward spiral" is a great big overstatement for one of the headlines. The Hogs were 2-2 this week with 2 victories over a top 5 (if not #1) team. The headlines and dreaming of being an almost unanimous #1 probably prevented a good showing against Vandy. If the team that played the first 30 games returns, the Hogs will win the league.
I agree, Russ. This was the perfect time for this team to get a good reality check.
I don't expect this minor drought to last very long.
Vandy is always tough to play. The Hogs will be back. I have lots of confidence in them.
