Tony Barnhart might call himself “Mr. College Football” but, I’m sorry, Phil Steele is the man. He’s recently been releasing his top 40 teams of 2009 and today coming in at #33 are the Arkansas Razorbacks.

If memory serves correctly, this is the same guy who ranked the Hogs #33 in the pre-season that led up to the 2007 fooball season.
A lot of people were left scratching their heads on that one because he also ranked our offensive backfield ( McFadden, Jones, and Hillis) the best in college football.
As it turned out, he was pretty much on target.
I expect big surprises next year.
