A very good mid-week game against a tough New Mexico team. A lot of heroes for the Hogs:

    - Well-pitched game by both sides with great work by D.J. Baxendale as a starter and Mike Bolsinger in relief. Bolsinger is contributing even more to the team now out of the bullpen. He looks more comfortable and relaxed on the mound than he did as a starter.

    - Big two out hit by James McCann to tie the game in the bottom of the 10th. No heroics in the 11th if McCann doesn't get it done there. Good to see him contribute since he's been somewhat slumping of late.

    - Another game-winning hit by Tom Hauskey. He makes clutch hitting look easy by taking whatever the pitcher gives him and hitting the ball hard. You almost expect him to deliver under pressure now. Hauskey is reminding me more and more of former Hog Stephen Robison and the way he gave the team whatever it needed to win.

    - Andy Wilkins looks nearly 100% after the pulled hamstring from a couple of weeks ago. Bo Bigham was all over the bases again tonight. Torrid hitting by Travis Sample has been a huge reason the Hogs have won 14 out of their last 15 games.

    - Only downer…Brett Eibner is in a batting funk again. Looked awful stiking out five times in the game.
