That game looked like the “Keystone Cops Play Basketball (guest officiating by Laurel and Hardy)”.

Yuck, yuck, yuck. That was ugly. Let’s hope that means we learned something. The good news, though, is that Alabama has hit a rough patch after that dispiriting loss to Kentucky. Let’s keep their streak going with a confidence-building road win on Saturday.

Looked pretty hungover to me from Saturday’s emotional win vs. Michigan. Never seen a game like that before where one team shot 14% from the field in the first half and only trailed by 3 at halftime!!! Its a ‘W’…that’s all that matters.

This may be an extremely positive spin, but in previous years we would lose these kind of games. We shoot horribly, lapse on defense and end up losing the game. It seems there is more toughness this year to gut these kind of ball games out. And Mickleson impresses me more and more every game. That kid is gonna be a beast in another year or two.

I’ve never seen a team shot 15% from the floor, ever. Our defense won us that game. We were very aggressive, especially in the first half. I’m not sure who that officiating crew is, but to be perfectly honest, they are terrible, worse than terrible. Honestly, i’ve seen 12 yr old REC league games better officiated than that. They don’t like our pressure D and always seem to call us for tick-tack fouls, especially late in games. The only positive is at least it went both ways.

But, as said before, a W is a W. I’ll take it, hope we learn something, and move on.
