SB Nation BlogPoll Ballot – Week 10

We shuffle our ballot after ten of the Top 25 took it on the chin last week.  Anybody that thought Alabama was going to trip up against Mississippi State hasn’t been paying attention.

SB Nation BlogPoll Top 25 Logo 2Notre Dame impressed us with their big 30-13 win over Oklahoma in Norman.  The Irish defense held the Sooners to just 15 yards rushing, and get themselves firmly into the BCS discussion.

Somehow Georgia snuck out of Jacksonville with a 17-9 win over Florida.  The Gators get the assist with six turnovers, as the Bulldogs now have a clear path to the SEC East divisional championship.

In stealth like fashion, Florida State has scratched and clawed their way back up our ballot.  The Seminoles seem to have righted the ship despite the loss of star running back Chris Thompson for the season.  Sophomore backs Devonta Freeman (391 RuYds, 5TDs) and James Wilder, Jr. (439 RuYds, 10TDs) will now form a potent 1-2 punch the rest of the way.  The future is now for FSU.

Our team of the week is Boise State, who is fresh off a 45-14 win over Wyoming.  After a season opening loss to Michigan State, the Broncos have reeled off seven straight wins and sit atop the Mountain West.  A stat about Boise that caught our attention: the Broncos haven’t lost in October since 2001…a streak that covers 48 straight games.

You can find the complete BlogPoll here when it comes out each Tuesday morning. So, without further ado, here’s the RBN ballot this week:
