Is anyone really surprised about this outcome?

not here but I do believe the program is making progress. The last 3-4 years we had a very poor finish the last portion of the season. At least we were still paying attention with two games left in the season. The road has been ugly but I believe that Mike Anderson has came in and in two seasons, he has made us relevant. Next year we should have a better team with better road results. I like Mike and I believe that next year we will all like Mike. He is building a program.

I agree totally. Mike has done a great job and you can see the potential with this team in wins against Florida, Kentucky, and Missouri. In fact I think we’re the only team in the SEC that has beaten these 3 teams this season.
This year is going to have a big impact on this young team. I’m hoping for a NIT bid as I think we can go deep vs one and done in the NCAA. This team needs all the basketball games it can get.
    I’m excited for next year.
