Usually here at RazorBloggers we avoid saying what the Razorbacks ought to do or not do during a game. But…

We want to blame something — recruiting, freshmen, coaches, schemes, play calling — surely if we can find the right thing to blame, this can all be quickly fixed.

Saturday’s Razorback football game against Alabama was probably the most important game the Hogs have played in a long time.

This team was coached under the assumption that it was going to be real good. But right now, they are just a shell of what we all thought they were going to be.

The Razorback football program has definitely stepped it up to become part of the national conversation. Now the Hogs probably have as far to go as they have come.

The SEC’s suspension of Marquel Wade and Kirk Herbstreit’s comments on the matter were unnecessary piling on.

Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good. Of course, you need to be pretty good to get to the point where luck can help you out.

Ole Miss brought all the emotion. The Hogs brought more talent and better overall preparation and managed to carry the day.
