Yes…we read the message boards. Yes…we listen to talk radio. Yes…we hear the noise. But as HogBlogger told me yesterday, “There is no elegant way to discuss this stuff.” So we’re not going to unless or until something happens out of it. And then, only if there’s something worthwhile to say.
Mark Twain once said, “It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.”
Ask Houston Dale if he wishes he would’ve been silent instead of bragging that he “called that play, brotha.”
Ask Mitch Mustain if he wishes he would’ve been silent instead of making fun of “Old H.”
Ask Rick Schaeffer if he wishes he would’ve been silent on Monday’s Drive Time Sports so that he didn’t have to eat crow and backpedal on Tuesday.
And ask the Springdale parents if they wished they would’ve been silent instead of creating the mess that their now very public “meeting” has made for their sons.
And that’s the mistake that we’re trying to avoid right now…opening our mouths and removing all doubt.
There will be plenty of time to discuss all of this. But not until something tangible comes out of the noise and all the facts are revealed.

Amen, Tipster! Wait for the truth … assuming there is any.
Ahh man,
Tipster you really let me down. I couldn't wait to get on and tell what I think but i'll respect your wishes.
Dieing – Didn't mean for it to sound that way. I'm speaking only for myself and (I believe) the other RazorBloggers.
As always, this site thrives on the feedback and opinions of those who read it. That's not carte blanche, but if you (or anyone else) has something to say, fire away.
I think you should have taken Mark Twain's advice.
Ahh, a voice of reason in the midst of a storm. Kudos to you guys, and thanks!
