I'm serious… if the baseball team doesn't live up to the hype (meaning CWS) then I may have turn off all outlets to sports for the next year. I know, you can't win 'em all. But, the double whammy really gets me down as a fan.
That being said, I still have faith in the baseball team. I think Van Horn knows they're good, the other coaches know they're good, and the players know they're good. I love how Van Horn talks. He has an air of confidence about him and doesn't put up with any flack. I know we'll be fine.
I hate it when they lose, but isn't it refreshing to hear a coach tell it like it is?
“Really what it’s been is our Saturday pitching has stunk…. No matter who has started,” Arkansas Coach Dave Van Horn said. “That’s disappointing.”
Can you imagine HDN saying… “Really what it’s been is our passing game and quarterback play that has stunk…. No matter who has started,” Arkansas Coach Houston Nutt said. “That’s disappointing.” Never in a million years…..
