OK, I'll bite. I can't wait for Hogs Basketball. I think we'll have a good year, and this is the first time I've been looking forward to the college basketball season in a long time. I'm interested in getting in at the bottom floor and trying to assess whether I believe Pelphrey is up to the task or not. I know It'll take some time to get his recruits rolling in, and for our boys to learn his style, but he seems to have a plan and a good attitude.
So…here's hoping for getting a young coach that'll help the organization grow for a long time to come.
I'm with you, Zombie.
Even though I am 1000 miles away and haven't seen the team yet, I love what I am reading.
It sounds like Pelphrey is riding these kids just like they need to be, toughening them up and getting them is shape. Perhaps this team could actually meet their potential or over achieve, something we haven't seen from Hog Basketball in years!
