I am pleasently suprised. Baylor has a very good basketball team. Big 12 opponents will have thier hands full this year. Give the Hogs credit though. This is the 2nd time this year the Hogs have practically shut down a premier 3-point shooting team. There’s still room for improvement on this team, but I was impressed how well we played on the road (neutral court) in Dallas. We were down by 9 (50-41) at one point in the game, but didn’t even come close to crumbling, as we’ve seen this team do many times in the past. Coach Pelphrey had these kids focused as well as I’ve seen the past couple of years. Good luck in the SEC this year guys, and GO HOGS GO BABY!!!!!

GonzoHog, I thought the Hogs played as complete a game as they have all season, including Missouri. Baylor looked really good and I thought they had us when it was 50-41. Pelphrey seems to be getting the team’s attention.

I was at the game last night and was intriqued in watching Coach Pelphrey. The man is so intense. If we could just stop the silly turnovers. It is obvious that our senoirs did not ge tthe coaching they needed their first 3 years.
I couldn’t help but wonder what it’s going to be like when Coach gets his players.
I thought Ervin played one of his better games of the season. I also think that Hill is just not equiped to play this style of ball.
We got a special coach. I feel we will become a national power again.
