Huh? Out rebounded by 15 overall, and out rebounded 13 to 3 on the offensive boards? Forget about how bad the officiating was. This game was lost because we didn’t match the Cats on the boards. Our front line rotation is 7′0″, 6′10″, 6′8″, 6′10″, and 6′10′, and our leading rebounder, once again, is 6′1″? The 6′1″ guy is a Soph, and 4 of the 5 front line guys are Seniors. The Cats leading rebouder is a 6′8″ Fresh, and thier leading offensive rebounder is a 6′9″ Soph.? That’s some Sr. leadership right there now!! ‘Nough said!!
Nough said!!!!!!! I Agree.
That is their game. We were clearly the better team but just did not play our game for long enough, at critical times or beat them at their game.
It is tough on the road but, Pelphry was outcoached, too.
The NCAA looks at your last ten games. I hope we don’t play ourselves back on the bubble. Even though I predicted this after the 4 game win streak I was really hoping against hope that these guys could make a run. They have improved. They just don’t have the fire.
I must say PB is a heck of a player and I do appreciate a guard who battles on the board but he needs to put some points on the board I think this year he has seem to disappear on the scoring end when competition shows up. I don’t think we can win any of the remaining games if SW is the only aggressive scorer we have.
