For the fist time all year, I saw this team play unselfishly, determined, gutsy, smart, and actually hold intensity for 40 minutes. I'm sure anyone who's read any of my latest basketball post, know's I haven't been too impressed with Charles Thomas, Vincent Hunter, and Steven Hill. Thomas not only played great, but considering the competition, he probably played the best game of his career yesterday. I thought Hunter did more than shoot 3s yesterday. He had a blocked shot, and played pretty well on the glass too. Hill didn't play great, but he did have a couple of blocks, and had some solid rebounding, and what can you say about that last shot? Steven Hill? Get atta here!! Steve Shall was a better outside shooter, if that tell's you anything. Steven Hill? Unbelievable!! GO HOGS GO!!!!! BEAT THEM DAWGS!!!!!

Semohog--------right on! Press them the entire game without a second's rest and we win by 20+. Let's see what Coach P comes up with.

[...] The Hogs just beat the No. 4 team in the country, a team that had annihilated them a month ago, on - of all things - a Steven Hill turnaround jumper! A surreal day in Atlanta just got even crazier. [...]

great game, great shot, and i hope a great ending to, an up to this point, a streaky season. press georgia from the moment they walk on the court for the shoot around. it would be something to see this team go from a 10/12 seed to a 4/5/6 seed in a matter of 3 days. madness it is.

What a great game. I had to come inside from working on my chicken coop to catch the ending. I celebrated the win with a beer and called it a day.

What a game!!! What a shot!!! Couldn't have happend to a better kid; Way To Go, Steven!!!

On a pathetic note: why is it when some athletes and/or programs experience success they have to immediately fall all over themselves to show their ass? Did anyone see Tennessee's #2 (one of the Smiths, I think...)? He was yappin' at Pelphrey...! Our coach! Where do you get balls to be that arrogant? I had teammates back in the day who wouldn't have hesitated to bitch slap me for such bush league bullshit. There was some justice today but all too often this sort of behavior is reinforced not rebuked. And that only encourages the same or worse behavior in the fans.

Still, did you see the faces of the Vols at the end of the game? Priceless! GO HOGS!!!!!!!

Wow! What a game! As I expected, it took a great game by the Hogs to win. Hill probably had the best 2 point game of his career - what a shot!

Now, go Bulldogs! We need to get some revenge over them.
