It was an old Orville Henry adage, before Frank went to the pooch kick, that the QB was the most important position on the field. I think Petrino probably agrees with that.

Based on that, I agree with the first statement; the top three have the inside track to the SEC Championship; Alabama vs the Florida/Georgia winner.

It would seem that the first three should be successful this year and could possibly win the SEC Title, but my guess is that a team under the radar could sneak up on everyone say Tennessee and dare I dream the Razorbacks. Petrino pass happy offense is going to be a puzzle for some of these schools we could easily get a upset or two.

If our lines are as good as I think they are, we stand a chance to be the surprise team of the SEC this year. Casey will do a lot better than the proverbial pundits think.

Oh, I think you are right about Superior as well. I thought that last year at the end when he lost his temper a few times. He doesn't like the losing culture at SCar. He will be gone pretty soon.

Good Analysis Sunshine. The top Three are solid and, of course, on our schedule for the next two years. Maybe they will be so good they will go out as juniors.

It's hard to figure Dale though. He has the hot shot QB and the OC from the pros. It reminds you a little of '98. He never learned from the past before so I doubt it could happen this time but you never know. I could see him getting off to a hot start before he flames out. The boy is pretty lucky.

Casey may be the best coached QB in the league. That will be great to see.

There's a very good chance Jevan Snead could find himself wanting to transfer again, unless he believes he can make it on the next level as a WR.
