		<description>I&#039;d agree with you Gonzo, however, if a team happens to have a touchdown threat on kick returns (ala Felix Jones), they might opt to re kick from the 25 instead of taking it at the 40. </description>

		<description>If the NCAA REALLY wanted to speed up the game they would decrease the number of commercials per half from 500 to 400.  This will never happen, though, because there is a $-sign attached to that option. </description>
