Pelphrey: “We knew we were going to lose a lot of seniors and you always assume a couple of your bench guys will leave to find more playing time, but we did not anticipate Patrick’s (Beverly) situation. Patrick was the heart and soul of our basketball program for two years and it would have been a good situation to have him back, but we are excited about this year and what we do have left here.”

Opponent Sites
I don’t blame our coach for this. He was hired into a tough situation. I do find it appalling and totally unacceptable to be picked LAST in the SEC west. We could all rehash how we got here but this needs to be the last time we are ever picked LAST in basketball. If we aren’t heading upwards after this year is over, then I’ll be ready for a new coach. I’m tired of waiting!
