ArkansasRazorbacks.com: Hogs’ post-season run ends at Omaha

The Arkansas baseball team’s season ended on Friday afternoon at the College World Series with a 14-5 loss to Southeastern Conference rival LSU in Omaha, Neb., after an amazing run that saw the Razorbacks go from an afterthought to a tie for third in the college baseball ranks.

    If it was meant to come to an end, losing to the best isn’t a bad alternative.
    There is no shame in losing to the best team, out of the nation’s best conference.
    I only hate on other SEC teams when their playing the Hogs.
    I hope LSU hits and runs all over Texas. Complete sweep!

    Too bad it wasn’t Arkanas vs. LSU in the finals… why did they have to match-up one series too soon???

    The two best are left. That is as it should be.

    Underdogs like the hogs don’t have the depth to make it further. Every other team in the SEC wanted to be where we were. Great Season!!
