Hogwired.com: Badgers Hold Off Razorbacks in Capital One Bowl John Stocco threw two first-half touchdown passes and No. 6 Wisconsin held on through a tense second half to beat No. 12 Arkansas 17-14 in the Capital One Bowl on Monday.
