A Year Of Change

The year 2007 is in its final days and my traditional period of reflection has begun. The drama that consumed the last few years of Houston Dale is over — traded in like a 10 year-old car that ran okay…but had an interior that smelled like old gym socks.

McFadden Wins Camp And Walker Awards

Who wants to coach at some place on the rebound?  Face it…we have issues.  The divided and empowered and fickle fan base will not become happy and unified anytime soon.  They’ve had too much practice being difficult to each other.

Report: Broyles Offers Job To Gillispie

According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, athletic director Frank Broyles has extended a job offer – to someone who Broyles would not specifically name – to be the new coach of the Razorbacks basketball team.  That coach is reportedly believed to be Texas A&M basketball coach Billy Gillispie.
